Visit Our Office

Come to our Jayanagar or HSR Layout office between 10 AM and 7 PM, any day of the week. No appointment needed.

ID Verification

Present your credit card (physical) and a valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.

Agree on Charges

We explain the service charge (starting at 2.5%) clearly before processing. You decide. No pressure.

Receive Transfer

The amount is sent via IMPS directly to your own bank account. You receive the UTR reference at our office.

American Express Card Cash – Questions Answered

Visit our office in Jayanagar or HSR Layout with your physical American Express credit card and a valid government-issued photo ID. We verify your identity in person, agree on the charge (from 2.5%), and transfer the amount via IMPS to your own bank account. The process takes 20-30 minutes.

The service charge starts at 2.5% of the transaction amount. On Rs.1,00,000 the fee is Rs.2,500 and you receive Rs.97,500 in your bank account.
The transaction appears as a charge on your card statement and reduces your available limit until the bill is paid. The impact on your credit score depends on your utilisation ratio and payment behaviour.
