Walk into our Jayanagar or HSR Layout office with your Axis Bank credit card (physical) and a valid government-issued photo ID. Identity and card ownership are verified. Important: Visiting our office is mandatory for every transaction. We do not offer home visits, doorstep service, or remote processing. Amount is transferred only to the cardholder's own bank account. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Come to our Jayanagar or HSR Layout office between 10 AM and 7 PM, any day of the week. No appointment needed.

Present your credit card (physical) and a valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.

Agree on Charges

We explain the service charge (starting at 2.5%) clearly before processing. You decide. No pressure.

Receive Transfer

The amount is sent via IMPS directly to your own bank account. You receive the UTR reference at our office.

Frequently Asked Questions

All valid Axis Bank credit cards: Magnus, Vistara Signature, ACE, MY Zone, Flipkart Axis Bank, Select, Atlas, Reserve, and all other Axis Bank credit card variants.
You can use up to your available credit limit. Our minimum transaction amount is Rs.10,000. For very large transactions, please call ahead so we can be prepared.
The starting charge is 2.5% for all variants. For very high-value transactions, please discuss with our team as a different rate may apply.
You are not required to, but some Axis Bank cards may trigger a security hold for large transactions. We recommend keeping your phone handy in case your bank calls for OTP confirmation.
Only personal credit cards with the individual cardholder's own identity verification are accepted. Corporate cards with a different authorised user may not qualify.
