How This Works
Visit our office with your HDFC credit card (physical card required — virtual cards are not accepted) and a valid government-issued photo ID. Our team verifies your identity and the card is processed in person. The amount, minus the service charge starting at 2.5%, is transferred via IMPS to your bank account — the account registered in your name with your bank.

How It Works
All transactions are completed in person at our office. The entire process typically takes 20-30 minutes.
Important: Visiting our office is mandatory for every transaction. We do not offer home visits, doorstep service, or remote processing. Amount is transferred only to the cardholder's own bank account. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.
Come to our Jayanagar or HSR Layout office between 10 AM and 7 PM, any day of the week. No appointment needed.
Present your credit card (physical) and a valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.
We explain the service charge (starting at 2.5%) clearly before processing. You decide. No pressure.
The amount is sent via IMPS directly to your own bank account. You receive the UTR reference at our office.
