How This Works
Visit our Jayanagar or HSR Layout office with your physical SBI credit card and a valid government-issued photo ID. Your identity is verified in person. The service charge is explained and agreed upon before the transaction. The amount is then transferred via IMPS to your bank account — your account only, not any third party.

How It Works
All transactions are completed in person at our office. The entire process typically takes 20-30 minutes.
Important: Visiting our office is mandatory for every transaction. We do not offer home visits, doorstep service, or remote processing. Amount is transferred only to the cardholder's own bank account. Valid government-issued photo ID is required.

Present your credit card (physical) and a valid government-issued photo ID such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Passport.
We explain the service charge (starting at 2.5%) clearly before processing. You decide. No pressure.
The amount is sent via IMPS directly to your own bank account. You receive the UTR reference at our office.
